This eight week Zen and mindfulness course covers simple and effective techniques from the Zen tradition that improve concentration, improve emotional resiliency, and boost your overall health and energy. This course is geared toward anyone interested in learning about Zen and mindfulness practices, or anyone looking for a new perspective or practices to work with the things mentioned above.
Each week will involve a 90 minute group video session where we will discuss how our practice develops each week, discuss the mechanisms and benefits of meditation and mindfulness, and then practice together for 25 minutes.
